Welcome to Cold Lake Ice
Post-Season Time
I would like to congratulate our team on their great finish during the regular season. Congratulations also to Niko Bourget for finishing tied for first place for the scoring title and to Dustin Hyde for once again winning the League's Best Goaltender Award.
I would like to thank the fans for making our season thus far a great success and hope to see you all during the playoffs and to our sponsors who without your contributions, our team would not be able to compete at this level. The team has had a very busy season off the ice assisting minor hockey in some of their ventures, as well as players visiting local schools to deliver messages on the importance of receiving an education and how to use. it.
I wish to thank my Board of Directors and all the volunteers for their hard work up to this point in the season and their continuance into the post season. Thanks to everyone for their support.

Second League Title in Sight
After another very successful season of hockey we find ourselves preparing to make a run at our second consecutive league championship. With our minds all focused on a common goal, this post season will provide a lot of excitement for our loyal fans and the rest of the Lakeland community.
This season brought forth a new brand of Cold Lake Ice hockey that had highlights throughout the 32 game schedule. The Cold Lake Ice was honored this season with two league award winners. For his third straight consecutive season backstopping the Ice, goaltender Dustin Hyde won the League's Top Goaltender award and rightfully so posting league leading numbers in his save percentage and goals against average, as well as shutouts. Along with the top goaltender award, we were honored to have one of the League's Top Scorers on our roster. Niko Bourget for his third straight year put up an unbelievable amount of points for the Ice and was finally rewarded for his efforts by being a co-recipient of the League's leading point getter with 81 points. These two members of our team have made impacts this year and will continue to contribute leading into the post-season.
The end of the 2011/2012 season saw a couple of new faces along with some familiar ones with last minute additions of Bonnyville Pontiacs affiliates Branden Domoslai, Dallas Mortensen and Max Collins. These three players have brought a ton of skill to our roster down the stretch. We also saw the return of defense man Nick Scott who was a huge part of our championship squad last season. Nick, along with fellow over-age players Mike Bosse, Denis Cadrin, and captain Craig Wowk are very determined to make their last year of Junior B Hockey another great one by defending what they worked so hard to achieve last year.
Heading into the third round of playoffs after the three game sweep of the Thorhild Titans, and the four game sweep of the Lloydminster Bandits, we are focused and ready to play no matter who our next opponents may be. The boys work hard to provide the City of Cold Lake and area an exciting Jr. B Hockey Team to cheer on and call their own.
